Yeah Reagan

Well, as some of you know, we have been potty training Reagan. She is 22 months old. I was a little concerned we were doing it too early, but she really wanted to and I was ready to be done with diapers. In reality I don't think it's too early, but she's my last baby!!! Anyway, she is doing great. Yesterday she had one accident and today she hasn't had one yet. She has even had dry diapers after naps and in the morning a few days. Last night we took the kids to a Kernels game and she didn't have one accident!!! I am so proud of her!!! She is so cute on her little potty, and her little butt without a diaper is priceless!!!

Long Weekend

Here are some pics from our long weekend. We fished most of it because it was too cool to go to the pool. We had fun, though. On Monday we took lunch and supper to the lake and were there for over 8 hours. The kids thought we were camping, and we will let them think that for a while. We had to pack the van full just for the day. We took Rea's potty with us because the bathrooms are so far away. By 4 o'clock all the kids were using it. Dax sat on it for 10 minutes for his afternoon potty break!!! It was behind a tree, so no one saw it! I laughed!!!
The kids had tons of fun running after the geese and ducks. They fed them more bread than they ate themselves!!! There were so many little baby geese. It was fun to watch them "playing" together.
These ducks were a pair with 3 babies that they were caring for. They liked to be away from the group. So adorable.

Another fishing trip.

Well, we just got in from our second fishing trip of the year. This time was more fun for all of us. We caught some fish, and at the kids begging we brought them home and are about to eat them. They are the kind of fish that all dads love, too-small-to-eat-but-you-have-to-eat-because-the-kids-caught-them fish. Yes, three small bluegills are about to be an appetizer to a late dinner. The kids were able to run all around while we watched their poles and claimed the fish that were caught on their line. So, they feel they accomplished something, and Gerrick and I got to fish!!! The only bad thing....I forgot the camera!!!
