I found this today. It is a link to the review of the revival Mom and I attended this weekend. It is a good overview, but like a lot of things, you just had to be there.

Glorious Day
Hello, what a glorious day!!!
Today, really this week, has been interesting!! We have had some problems with Braydon's school and the new policies regarding lice. Yes, I said it, we have lice in our house. It looks to be just Braydon, but we are all being treated to just make sure. Apparently the school was making him wear a hat out of the "bucket" if he forgot his. Isn't that the first rule of not getting head lice? I'd think one day of freezing his ears off would be a good reminder to bring his hat the next day!!! The school has told me that they no longer look for lice, or send kids home if they have it. So, after $50 in treatments and time and TONS of laundry done, and they are doing nothing to attack the source. On top of that, I forgot to call him in absent on monday, and they never called to check that he was home. I know I am supposed to call, and that is my bad, but IF my son had been abducted on the way to the bus I wouldn't have known until 4 pm. SO, after being made to feel guilty for not walking my very capable 6 year old to the bus, I was told he had an unexcused absence. IN KINDERGARTEN!!!! Like he was skipping or playing hookie!?!?!? THEN, today Gerrick gets a call that some boy has yanked on my son's arm until it was out of the socket. Now, this has happened before, but not for a few years. I thought he had outgrown this.....,guess not. They were ready to take him to the emergency room. Then, Gerrick showed up and popped it back into place, which we have both done on several occasions. They sent him home. He was fine, but they sent him home anyway. OH, so lice is OK, but recently re-aligned joints are not allowed?!?!? WOW, I guess I just don't get it!
Everyone else is doing fine. The kids are loving the weather, and so am I!! We are all finding it hard to get the necessary things done in a day when all we want to do is play outside! I even spaced off a chemistry test completely.....I was reading my book and suddenly someone handed me a paper....it was the test. No sweat, 4 chapter test with absolutely no studying. So, I skipped class the Friday after as not to ruin my great weekend away with Mom with the news of the score. I got it today.....90%. I'd say that was all God's work, I certainly didn't do anything!!!
I got to go with Mom last weekend to see Ann Graham Lotz, Fernando Ortega, and Jill Brisco in Des Moines! It was GREAT!!! On our way there I was telling Mom how much I missed the old hymns, well, I got my fix! The music was great, and Ann was a great speaker. No one can say "Jeesus" like a Graham!!!
Well, time to get the kids out of the mud and into the van for church. Hope everyone is well and having a great time in the sun.
