More Rain

Another rainy day. I'd like to say it isn't affecting my mood, but it does!!!
Keghan is back at the dentist finishing up her last filling. She was really glad to get it over with. She is so brave! I am really dreading my check-up on the 24th. I am ashamed to say that I have not been to the dentist since I was on my Mom's insurance. We have had dental insurance for a while, but I just don't want to go!!!
Reagan will be one on the 22nd. Wow, what a fast year! She has been walking for 2 weeks now, and is really starting to talk. Her favorite thing to say is Mama, but she actually is now figuring out that Mama is ME! She is such a funny little baby. This morning I was still sleeping and she was hanging with Gerrick in the bed, she wanted to wake me so bad!! I finally felt her grabbing my back and yelling. When I turned to her she stuck her tongue out and made some random gagging noise!! What a nerd!! Luckily for her, she is just as crazy as the rest and can hold her own in this house full of dorks!

Rain, Rain, Rain....

What a poopy day! I know we need the rain, and I love the sound of a good thunderstorm, BUT, the kids are driving me crazy! Luckily the pastor's kid is coming over to play for a while, so that should keep them busy. They have been trying to plan a play date all summer, but it never really worked out until today! They are excited.
I have finally started running regularly again. 'Bout time!!! I was starting to feel my depression creeping up and thought I better head it off with some exercise. I feel a lot better today, finally. I actually got right up and started in on the house work. Usually I sit around in my PJ's feeling icky for a while. If I could just get past this rain.....
Back to work tonight. It will be interesting to see if I am scheduled for Saturday. The last 3 weeks my boss had me down for Saturday without asking. There is NO WAY I will work a Saturday when I am told about it on the Thursday before. I always have plans of some sort. This weekend Gerrick is finally going to roof that house....weather permitting. Hopefully they can get it done. We really need the money for school shopping. I still haven't bought the girls any shoes!!! I think I dread the stress more than spending the money!
Well, gotta get this baby change...I think she fills her diapers faster with milk, is that possible? Her morning diaper easily weighs 10 lbs. Maybe it is just because she actually sleeps until 5 instead of getting up at 12 and 2 and 4 and 6!!!!

Frustrated!!!

I am soooo mad!!! I forgot to apply for my financial aid, because I am retarded, and so I am trying to do it today on-line. I get through the entire online application, which is no small feat. Then I try to electronically sign it because I have a brand new U.S. Department of Education PIN number which allows me to do this...and really nothing else. BUT, low and behold, my PIN has expired.....but I haven't used it yet this year! So, I am asked my secret question for a new one...I failed my secret question. I just kept putting in "vanlengen" I knew I had it right!!! However, I didn't realize the caps lock was on. So, I exceeded the times allowed and have to wait for them to mail me a new PIN, and then sign my application on-line!!! So, I won't get my money until half way into the semester. Now I have to figure out how to pay a sitter $ 170 a week while working 20 hours a week AND buy books. Good thing God takes care of me, because I obviously can't take care of myself!!!

She's Home

Keghan is home. She only got one tooth finished, and that took longer than they thought to do both. So, she will go back on Friday. She is not looking forward to it, to say the least!! She was very brave. Gerrick sat in the waiting room the whole time, and she didn't cry for the doctors. She said that she is a little dizzy, I think from the stress of it all. Anyway, she's back and I am happy she didn't cry!
Tonight the pool is open for a little post season fun, and the Stotser's will be there!!! My tan is fading so fast, and I feel icky being inside! It will be fun. Have a great day, enjoy the weather!

Stress!

Well, Keghan is back at the dentist today. She is having two cavities filled. I can't believe how nervous I am! I think I would be better if I was there, but Gerrick took her so he could get some work done in the waiting room. I felt so bad for her to even have to go. She is the only one with any cavities. On her way back to the dentist, she told the dental hygienist that she sometimes forgets to brush her back teeth. Today she is learning why that is VERY important. Even though they eat hardly any candy, and NO soda, they can still get cavities! The part that worries me the most is that they might have to do a root canal because they are on adult teeth!! My poor baby!!

Not much else going on. Just getting arrangements done for school. I can't believe how much money we spend for school!! The girls still need gym shoes and some clothes for when the weather turns cooler. Hopefully we have some time on that!!!

Time to get laundry caught up and my bathroom clean......AGAIN!!

Lauren is HERE!!!!!

What a fun 24 hours I have had! Lauren Grace has been visiting. The two "babies" had such a time together! Reagan was a little upset that she was unable to poke at her face, even though I let Lauren grab at Reagan!!!
